
UNREPD at The Grand LA unveiling new art exhibit by Corey Pemberton
Opening June 3rd,Corey Pemberton's new exhibit "Artifactual" will be on view through July 30, 2023, followed by solo exhibitions from Corey Pemberton, Valincy-Jean Patelli, and Moncho 1929.
This is Pemberton's second solo show with UNREPD, featuring the artist's signature vibrant mixed media works that question the process of objects becoming artifacts and considers Black artists’ roles in memorialization and record keeping. Pemberton is also cofounder and director of nonprofit Crafting the Future, which has a mission to increase BIPOC access to art, craft and design.

UNREPD is an independent contemporary art gallery featuring emerging and mid-career BIPOC, women, and LGBTQIA+ artists working in painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media.
Following a historic run in New York City, Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasure © opened its doors. Open this spring for a limited time, it features over 200 never-before-seen works of art by visionary artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, curated by the artist's family.
The exhibition is open everyday from 11am to 7pm except Tuesdays. Tickets are required for entry.
Free Family Art Nights on first Thursday of each month from 5-6pm.
