Two restaurant concepts debuted in Conrad Los Angeles—the new 305-room hotel that occupies one of The Grand LA’s iconic towers. San Laurel combines Spanish flavors with local California ingredients in an upscale setting, serving as Conrad Los Angeles' all-day dining option.
Bazaar Meat by José Andrés will open as a standalone restaurant within The Grand, bringing a wild and wonderful carnivorous celebration to Los Angeles for the first time.
